KING’S Lynn’s injury list has lengthened further after Patryk Wojdylo was ruled out of the Stars’ remaining fixtures following a crash in Poland.
Wojdylo broke his hand during Sunday’s second tier play-off quarter-final between Rybnik and Krosno, which forces the Norfolk club to draft in guest reinforcements Richard Lawson, Chris Harris and Drew Kemp for tonight’s (Wednesday) home match against Belle Vue. Lynn do welcome back captain Niels-Kristian Iversen and team manager Rob Lyon said: “We’ve got Richard again, riding at No. 1 for Jan (Kvech) because he’s away in a Czech Ekstraliga match which we can’t change unfortunately, which wasn’t on the calendar when we looked at it, so that’s one of those things really. “Richard had another great score for us last Thursday against Oxford and Bomber will come in for Nicolai (Klindt) against Belle Vue. “As we aren’t in with a chance of the play-offs, it does take the pressure off a little bit, but the team gave 100 per cent last week and now we move on to the next one.”
